7/8 Day 2
We left Ohio at 7:45 but we also gained an hour as we entered the next time zone. It was a pretty uneventful driving day. We stopped for lunch t at Wendy's in Illinois. After driving 450 miles we arrived at Rene and Duda's house north of Cedar Rapids, Iowa. It was a wonderful visits complete with plenty of trampoline time, walks and bike rides on the beautiful paths and parks and a tasty BBQ, complete with fresh Iowa corn.

So it was 2 1/2 days t get to Duda and Rene's??
Sounds like you are creating happy memories with the bike rides and family time.
